The Birmingham Patriots basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Taft Toreadors to 23 in the Patriots league triumph on Wednesday.

The Patriots now sport a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cleveland for a contest on Friday, January 19. Birmingham will battle a Cavaliers team coming off a 42-38 league loss to Granada Hills Charter (Granada Hills, CA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 10-3.
