Cranston East Thunderbolts (Cranston, RI) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Moses Brown Quakers (Providence, RI), 46-18 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Cranston East upgrades its record to 4-6 on the season. The Thunderbolts host Mount St. Charles Academy (Woonsocket, RI) to play the Mounties in a non-league bout on Friday, January 19. The Mounties go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Mount St. Charles Academy lost 55-18 in their recent non-league bout against Smithfield (Esmond, RI)

Next up, the Quakers play the Chariho Chargers (Wood River Junction, RI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Moses Brown will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record.
