Albuquerque Bulldogs (Albuquerque, NM) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Atrisco Heritage Academy Jaguars (Albuquerque, NM), 51-42 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Albuquerque upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Bulldogs host St. Michael's (Santa Fe, NM) to clash with the Horsemen in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 18. The Horsemen go into the bout with a record of 5-4. St. Michael's lost 83-52 in their recent non-league bout against Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM)

Next up, the Jaguars clash with the Valley Vikings (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 19. Atrisco Heritage Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 8-4 record after their 69-30 non-league loss to Volcano Vista (Albuquerque, NM).
