In Friday's league contest, the visiting Bangor Christian Patriots basketball team scored a good 62-53 win over the Stearns Minutemen.
The Patriots (10-3) will now prepare for their contest against Greenville (Greenville, ME). The Lakers come into the non-league contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Greenville defeated Forest Hills (Jackman, ME), 52-47, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Minutemen battle the Greenville Lakers (Greenville, ME) in a non-league contest, on Monday, January 20. Stearns will attempt to better on its 3-9 season record.
