The Erie-Mason Eagles basketball team scored 62 points and limited the visiting Morenci Bulldogs to 32 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.
The Eagles now possess a 5-6 record. They play next when they host Britton Deerfield for a Tri-County game on Tuesday, January 21. Erie-Mason will play a Patriots team coming off a 79-52 non-league win over Washtenaw Christian Academy (Saline, MI). The Patriots record now stands at 5-5.
With the loss, Morenci falls to 3-9 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Lenawee Christian (Adrian, MI) to play the Cougars in a Tri-County game on Tuesday, January 21. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 10-2. Lenawee Christian won 82-57 in their recent non-league game against Clinton (Clinton, MI)
