Kingsford Flivvers (Kingsford, MI) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting North Dickinson Nordics (Felch, MI), 75-33 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Kingsford upgrades its record to 12-2 on the campaign. The Flivvers travel to Menominee (Menominee, MI) to play the Maroons in a Great Northern U.P. bout on Monday, January 22. The Maroons come into the bout with a record of 9-2. Menominee won 63-42 in their recent non-league bout against Peshtigo (Peshtigo, WI)

Next up, the Nordics play the Forest Park Trojans (Crystal Falls, MI) in a Central Upper Peninsula bout, on Tuesday, January 23. North Dickinson will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record.
