The Indians now possess a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Patrick Henry for a Hogoheegee bout on Tuesday, January 21. Rural Retreat will play a Rebels team coming off a 64-16 league loss to Honaker (Honaker, VA). The Rebels record now stands at 3-13.

With the loss, Eastern Montgomery falls to 3-10 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Craig County (New Castle, VA) to play the Rockets in a Pioneer bout on Tuesday, January 21. The Rockets go into the bout with a record of 1-10. Craig County lost 53-31 in their recent league bout against Parry McCluer (Buena Vista, VA)
