In Thursday's league outing, the Shea Raiders (Pawtucket, RI) basketball squad edged the visiting Lincoln Lions (Lincoln, RI), by a count of 63-60.
The Raiders (10-2) will now prepare for their outing against Toll Gate (Warwick, RI). The Titans go into the Division 2 outing with a 5-8 record. In their last outing, Toll Gate held off Times Squared Academy (Providence, RI), 59-39, in a league outing.
The Lions now hold a 5-1 record. They play next when they host Tolman for a Division 2 outing on Monday, January 23. Lincoln will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 59-33 league loss to St. Raphael Academy (Pawtucket, RI). The Tigers record now stands at 5-9.
