The Valley Vikings (Caledonia, MO) basketball nipped the visiting Bourbon War Hawks (Bourbon, MO), 58-52 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Vikings (3-8) will now prepare for their test against Lesterville (Lesterville, MO). The Bearcats go into the non-league test with a 7-5 record.
The War Hawks now own a 4-12 record. They play next when they host Liberty Christian Academy for a Metro test on Friday, January 20. Bourbon will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 69-28 league win over Westwood Baptist Academy (Poplar Bluff, MO). The Eagles record now stands at 15-4.
