With the victory, Whiteville upgrades its record to 7-7 on the campaign. The Wolfpack host South Columbus (Tabor City, NC) to play the Stallions in a 1A/2A Conference 5 challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Stallions come into the challenge with a record of 4-11. South Columbus lost 63-17 in their recent league challenge against East Columbus (Lake Waccamaw, NC)

Next up, the Titans play the Pender Patriots (Burgaw, NC) in a 1A/2A Conference 5 challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Heide Trask will attempt to upgrade on its 2-14 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 6-10 record after their 41-34 non-league loss to Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC).
