Alaska High School Basketball - Bartlett can't hold off East Hall

The East Hall Vikings basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Bartlett Golden Bears to 59 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Vikings now sport a 11-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cherokee Bluff for a AAAA Region 8 contest on Tuesday, January 23. East Hall will battle a Bears team coming off a 80-9 league win over Johnson (Gainesville, GA). The Bears record now stands at 15-5.
The Golden Bears (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Chugiak (Chugiak, AK). The Mustangs enter the 4A Cook Inlet contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Chugiak was nudged by Thunder Mountain (Juneau, AK), 70-54, in a non-league contest.
