In Saturday's league outing, the Alex Longhorns (Alex, OK) basketball squad beat the visiting Minco Bulldogs (Minco, OK), by a count of 50-34.
The Longhorns (9-9) will now prepare for their outing against Velma-Alma (Velma, OK). The Comets go into the non-league outing with a 5-12 record. In their last outing, Velma-Alma was topped by Waurika (Waurika, OK), 53-25, in a non-league outing.
