The Chesapeake Panthers basketball team scored 57 points and limited the visiting Tolsia Rebels to 20 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Monday.

The Panthers now have a 9-5 record. They play next when they host Gallia Academy for a Ohio Valley game on Thursday, January 23. Chesapeake will confront a Blue Devils team coming off a 55-42 league loss to Dawson-Bryant (Coal Grove, OH). The Blue Devils record now stands at 5-9.

With the loss, Tolsia falls to 2-8 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to St. Joseph Central (Huntington, WV) to confront the Irish in a Freelance game on Friday, January 24. The Irish go into the game with a record of 4-9. St. Joseph Central lost 51-31 in their recent non-league game against Ironton (Ironton, OH)
