The Lutheran North Mustangs basketball team (Macomb, MI), was overwhelmed 60-20 in Friday's league battle with the host Mercy Marlins (Farmington Hills, MI)
The Marlins now possess a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Marian for a Catholic Central battle on Tuesday, January 25. Mercy will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 47-43 league loss to Divine Child (Dearborn, MI). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-3.
The Mustangs (4-6) will now prepare for their battle against Regina (Warren, MI). The come into the Catholic Central battle with a 3-9 record. In their last battle, Regina was overwhelmed by Divine Child (Dearborn, MI), 52-34, in a league battle.
