The Northwood-Kensett Vikings basketball team scored 45 points and held the host North Butler Bearcats to 26 in the Vikings league triumph on Monday.
The Vikings now sport a 4-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Butler for a Corn Bowl contest on Monday, January 22. Northwood-Kensett will battle a Bearcats team coming off a 63-12 league loss to St. Ansgar (St. Ansgar, IA). The Bearcats record now stands at 3-11.
The Bearcats (3-12) will now prepare for their contest against Northwood-Kensett (Northwood, IA). The Vikings enter the Corn Bowl contest with a 3-11 record. In their last contest, Northwood-Kensett was defeated by Lake Mills (Lake Mills, IA), 53-47, in a non-league contest.
