The Lions come into the bout with a record of 15-16. McKinney lost 41-29 in their recent league bout against Braswell (Little Elm, TX)

Next up, the Broncos play the Little Elm Lobos (Little Elm, TX) in a 6A Region I District 5 bout, on Friday, January 26. Boyd will attempt to upgrade on its 13-13 season record. The Lobos come into the bout with a 25-7 record after their 48-41 league win over Prosper (Prosper, TX).
