The Nashville Christian Eagles basketball team scored 72 points and held the visiting Davidson Academy Bears to 36 in the Eagles league triumph on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Friendship Christian for a Division II-A Middle District 4 contest on Thursday, January 25. Nashville Christian will battle a Commanders team coming off a 65-26 league loss to Goodpasture Christian (Madison, TN). The Commanders record now stands at 2-13.
The Bears (8-11) will now prepare for their contest against Goodpasture Christian (Madison, TN). The Cougars enter the Division II-A Middle District 4 contest with a 14-3 record. In their last contest, Goodpasture Christian triumphed over Clarksville Academy (Clarksville, TN), 52-45, in a league contest.
