The Dresden Lions (Dresden, TN) basketball crushed the visiting Gleason Bulldogs (Gleason, TN), 65-29 in Tuesday's league test.
The Lions (14-5) will now prepare for their test against Union City (Union City, TN). The Golden Tornadoes go into the 1A District 14 test with a 7-12 record. In their last test, Union City was trounced by South Fulton (South Fulton, TN), 59-33, in a league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 9-6 record. They play next when they host Greenfield for a 1A District 14 test on Friday, January 26. Gleason will encounter a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 63-25 league win over Lake County (Tiptonville, TN). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 10-5.
