The Northwest Guilford Vikings basketball team scored 47 points and held the host Southwest Guilford Cowboys to 28 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Vikings now sport a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Phoenix Academy for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 24. Northwest Guilford will battle a Firebirds team coming off a 57-17 non-league win over East Forsyth (Kernersville, NC). The Firebirds record now stands at 9-8.

The Cowboys (0-10) will now prepare for their contest against Page (Greensboro, NC). The Pirates come into the non-league bout with a 2-5 record. In their last bout, Page was knocked off by Southeast Guilford (Greensboro, NC), 32-20, in a non-league bout.
