Dermott Rams (Dermott, AR) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Arkansas School for the Deaf Leopards (Little Rock, AR), 51-38 in a league match.

With the victory, Dermott upgrades its record to 15-3 on the year. The Rams host Clarendon (Clarendon, AR) to face the Lions in a 1A Region 6 match on Monday, January 27. The Lions enter the match with a record of 10-6.

The Leopards now sport a 2-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oklahoma School for the Deaf for a non-league match on Saturday, January 25. Arkansas School for the Deaf will face a Bison squad coming off a 56-23 non-league win over Temple (Temple, OK). The Bison record now stands at 13-5.
