Washington High School Basketball - Lynden victorious over Blaine

In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Lynden Lions basketball team scored a good 73-60 triumph over the Blaine Borderites.
The Lions (16-0) will now prepare for their contest against Mt. Baker (Deming, WA). The Mountaineers go into the 1A/2A/3A Northwest contest with a 8-8 record. In their last contest, Mt. Baker was topped by Oak Harbor (Oak Harbor, WA), 52-51, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Borderites battle the Bear Creek Grizzlies (Redmond, WA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 25. Blaine will attempt to better on its 2-12 season record. The Grizzlies go into the contest with a 11-3 record after their 69-54 league win over Overlake (Redmond, WA).
