Maine High School Basketball - George Stevens Academy holds off Narraguagus

In Thursday's league contest, the host George Stevens Academy Eagles basketball team scored a close 45-40 triumph over the Narraguagus Knights.
The Eagles (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against Orono (Orono, ME). The Riots go into the C North contest with a 3-11 record. In their last contest, Orono nipped Piscataquis (Guilford, ME), 46-28, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Knights confront the Calais Blue Devils (Calais, ME) in a C North contest, on Monday, January 27. Narraguagus will attempt to better on its 4-9 season record. The Blue Devils go into the contest with a 9-4 record after their 42-40 league win over Machias (Machias, ME).
