Texas High School Basketball - Arlington Heights can't hold off Southwest

The Southwest Raiders basketball team scored 74 points and held the visiting Arlington Heights Yellowjackets to 71 in the Raiders league triumph on Tuesday.
The Raiders now sport a 12-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Polytechnic for a 5A Region I District 6 contest on Friday, January 27. Southwest will battle a Parrots team coming off a 60-44 league loss to Everman (Everman, TX). The Parrots record now stands at 5-15.
The Yellowjackets (16-11) will now prepare for their contest against Wyatt (Fort Worth, TX). The Chaparrals enter the 5A Region I District 6 contest with a 11-10 record. In their last contest, Wyatt nudged North Side (Fort Worth, TX), 63-35, in a league contest.
