The Frankel Jewish Academy of Metro Detroit Jaguars basketball team (West Bloomfield, MI), was overwhelmed 68-18 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting University Liggett Knights (Grosse Pointe Woods, MI)

The Knights now possess a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cardinal Mooney Catholic for a non-league battle on Friday, January 27.

The Jaguars (3-7) will now prepare for their battle against Academy of the Sacred Heart (Bloomfield Hills, MI). The Gazelles come into the Catholic C-D D battle with a 4-6 record. In their last battle, Academy of the Sacred Heart was overwhelmed by Notre Dame Prep (Pontiac, MI), 48-11, in a non-league battle.
