The Fort Bend Marshall Buffalos basketball team (Missouri City, TX), dropped 56-39 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Lamar Consolidated Mustangs (Rosenberg, TX)

The Mustangs now possess a 6-22 record. They put it on the line next when they host Terry for a 5A Region III District 20 battle on Friday, January 27. Lamar Consolidated will battle a Rangers team coming off a 101-15 league loss to Fulshear (Fulshear, TX). The Rangers record now stands at 4-20.

The Buffalos (0-16) will now prepare for their battle against Foster (Richmond, TX). The Falcons come into the 5A Region III District 20 battle with a 23-9 record. In their last battle, Foster beat Fort Bend Willowridge (Houston, TX), 47-42, in a league battle.
