North Zulch Bulldogs (North Zulch, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting McDade (McDade, TX), 43-18 in a league bout.

With the win, North Zulch upgrades its record to 13-9 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Round Top-Carmine (Carmine, TX) to play the Cubs in a 1A Region IV District 29 bout on Friday, January 27. The Cubs go into the bout with a record of 8-7. Round Top-Carmine lost 66-48 in their recent league bout against Richards (Richards, TX)

Next up, the play the Dime Box Longhorns (Dime Box, TX) in a 1A Region IV District 29 bout, on Friday, January 27. McDade will attempt to upgrade on its 9-11 season record. The Longhorns go into the bout with a 2-11 record after their 63-36 league loss to Fayetteville (Fayetteville, TX).
