Kentucky High School Basketball - South Oldham ripped by Spencer County

January 24, 2023: Crestwood, KY 40014

In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Spencer County Bears basketball team scored a decisive 57-34 triumph over the South Oldham Dragons.

In their next game, the Bears meet the Anderson County Bearcats (Lawrenceburg, KY) in a District 30 match, on Friday, January 27. Spencer County will attempt to better on its 16-4 season record. The Bearcats enter the match with a 18-3 record after their 50-46 non-league loss to Lawrence County (Louisa, KY).

With the defeat, South Oldham moves to 10-7 on the year. The Dragons host North Oldham (Goshen, KY) to meet the Mustangs in a District 29 match on Friday, January 27. The Mustangs enter the match with a record of 10-8. North Oldham won 43-37 in their recent league match against Oldham County (Buckner, KY)
