The Moses Brown Quakers basketball team (Providence, RI), was overwhelmed 47-14 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Cumberland Clippers (Cumberland, RI)

The Clippers now possess a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cranston East for a non-league battle on Monday, January 29. Cumberland will confront a Thunderbolts team coming off a 32-14 non-league loss to Chariho (Wood River Junction, RI). The Thunderbolts record now stands at 5-8.

The Quakers (2-8) will now prepare for their battle against East Greenwich (East Greenwich, RI). The Avengers come into the non-league battle with a 1-0 record.
