Georgia High School Basketball - Ola succumbs to McDonough

January 25, 2025: McDonough, GA 30253

The McDonough Warhawks defeated the visiting Ola Mustangs basketball squad by a final score of 74-64 in Saturday's league outing.

Next, the Warhawks clash with the Eagle's Landing Eagles (McDonough, GA) in a AAAA Region 2 outing, on Tuesday, January 28. McDonough will attempt to upgrade on its 16-4 season record. The Eagles come into the outing with a 15-5 record after their 62-50 league win over Stockbridge (Stockbridge, GA).

The Mustangs (7-13) will now prepare for their outing against Woodland (Stockbridge, GA). The Wolfpack come into the AAAA Region 2 outing with a 9-11 record. In their last outing, Woodland overcame Jones County (Gray, GA), 49-46, in a league outing.
