In Saturday's non-league test, the Heritage Generals (Ringgold, GA) basketball squad trounced the visiting Ringgold Tigers (Ringgold, GA), by a final score of 55-32.
Next, the Generals clash with the Calhoun Yellow Jackets (Calhoun, GA) in a AAA Region 7 test, on Tuesday, January 28. Heritage will attempt to upgrade on its 16-4 season record. The Yellow Jackets come into the test with a 10-7 record after their 59-55 league loss to Gilmer (Ellijay, GA).
The Tigers (10-10) will now prepare for their test against North Cobb Christian (Kennesaw, GA). The Eagles come into the AA Region 7 test with a 9-8 record. In their last test, North Cobb Christian was overwhelmed by Union County (Blairsville, GA), 55-30, in a league test.
