Deerfield-Windsor Knights (Albany, GA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Valwood Valiants (Valdosta, GA), 55-10 in a league bout.

With the win, Deerfield-Windsor upgrades its record to 15-5 on the season. The Knights host John Milledge Academy (Milledgeville, GA) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 27. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 13-2. John Milledge Academy lost 45-41 in their recent league bout against Tattnall Square Academy (Macon, GA)

Next up, the Valiants clash with the Fullington Academy Trojans (Pinehurst, GA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 29. Valwood will attempt to upgrade on its 4-11 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 12-6 record after their 57-25 league win over Highland Christian Academy (Valdosta, GA).
