In Friday's non-league outing, the Shepherd Hill Regional Rams (Dudley, MA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting North Middlesex Regional Patriots (Townsend, MA), by a count of 79-57.

The Rams (13-1) will now prepare for their outing against Groton-Dunstable (Groton, MA). The Crusaders go into the non-league outing with a 6-7 record. In their last game, Groton-Dunstable was ripped by Oakmont Regional (Ashburnham, MA), 58-52, in a non-league game.

With the defeat, North Middlesex Regional moves to 2-9 on the year. The Patriots host Westborough (Westborough, MA) to face the Rangers in a Midland-Wachusett B game on Tuesday, January 31. The Rangers enter the game with a record of 4-8. Westborough lost 61-53 in their recent non-league game against Oakmont Regional (Ashburnham, MA)
