The Pulaski County Maroons basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Somerset Briar Jumpers to 56 in the Maroons league triumph on Friday.

The Maroons now sport a 18-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rowan County for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 28. Pulaski County will battle a Vikings team coming off a 61-39 league win over Fleming County (Flemingsburg, KY). The Vikings record now stands at 15-7.

The Briar Jumpers (11-8) will now prepare for their contest against North Laurel (London, KY). The Jaguars enter the non-league contest with a 17-4 record.
