Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Homer-Center topped by Penns Manor

The Homer-Center Wildcats basketball team (Homer City, PA), dropped 39-23 in Saturday's league battle with the visiting Penns Manor Comets (Clymer, PA)

The Comets now sport a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to River Valley for a Heritage battle on Wednesday, January 31. Penns Manor will battle a Panthers team coming off a 63-24 league win over West Shamokin (Rural Valley, PA). The Panthers record now stands at 16-4.

The Wildcats (6-9) will now prepare for their battle against Cambria Heights (Patton, PA). The Highlanders come into the Heritage battle with a 7-8 record. In their last battle, Cambria Heights prevailed over Northern Cambria (Northern Cambria, PA), 66-36, in a league battle.
