In Saturday's league outing, the St. Dominic Academy Blue Devils (Jersey City, NJ) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Lincoln Lions (Jersey City, NJ), by a margin of 44-15.

The Blue Devils (10-5) will now prepare for their outing against Bayonne (Bayonne, NJ). The Bees go into the Hudson County - American outing with a 17-3 record. In their last outing, Bayonne was trounced by Union City (Union City, NJ), 61-44, in a league outing.

The Lions now own a 3-9 record. They play next when they travel to Elizabeth for a non-league outing on Monday, January 30. Lincoln will clash with a Minutemen squad coming off a 60-19 non-league win over Somerville (Somerville, NJ). The Minutemen record now stands at 14-0.
