In Tuesday's league test, the Lawrence County Wildcats (Lawrenceburg, TN) basketball squad trounced the host Central Magnet (Murfreesboro, TN), by a score of 76-39.
Next, the Wildcats clash with the Giles County Bobcats (Pulaski, TN) in a 3A District 8 test, on Friday, January 31. Lawrence County will attempt to improve on its 12-8 season record. The Bobcats come into the test with a 13-8 record after their 58-36 league loss to Tullahoma (Tullahoma, TN).
The (5-18) will now prepare for their test against Franklin County (Winchester, TN). The Rebels come into the 3A District 8 test with a 3-18 record. In their last test, Franklin County was routed by Marshall County (Lewisburg, TN), 82-46, in a league test.
