Massachusetts High School Basketball - Northampton can't hold off West Springfield

The West Springfield Terriers basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the host Northampton Blue Devils to 52 in the Terriers non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Terriers now sport a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Taconic for a Suburban contest on Thursday, January 5. West Springfield will battle a Braves team coming off a 69-52 league win over Amherst-Pelham Regional (Amherst, MA). The Braves record now stands at 4-1.

The Blue Devils (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Central (Springfield, MA). The Golden Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 3-1 record.
