The Orange Panthers basketball team (Orange, CA), was overwhelmed 75-40 in Monday's league battle with the host St. Margaret's Tartans (San Juan Capistrano, CA)
The Tartans now possess a 21-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Capistrano Valley for a non-league battle on Friday, February 3. St. Margaret's will battle a Cougars team coming off a 61-52 league win over San Clemente (San Clemente, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 19-7.
The Panthers (10-13) will now prepare for their battle against Costa Mesa (Costa Mesa, CA). The Mustangs come into the Orange Coast battle with a 13-13 record. In their last battle, Costa Mesa trounced Calvary Chapel (Santa Ana, CA), 77-46, in a league battle.
