North Carolina High School Basketball - West Bladen overwhelmed by East Bladen

The West Bladen Knights basketball team (Bladenboro, NC), was overwhelmed 70-29 in Monday's league battle with the visiting East Bladen Eagles (Elizabethtown, NC)

The Eagles now possess a 14-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fairmont for a 2A Conference 7 battle on Friday, February 3. East Bladen will confront a Golden Tornadoes team coming off a 56-31 league win over West Bladen (Bladenboro, NC). The Golden Tornadoes record now stands at 19-3.

The Knights (8-9) will now prepare for their battle against Fairmont (Fairmont, NC). The Golden Tornadoes come into the 2A Conference 7 battle with a 18-3 record. In their last battle, Fairmont trounced Clinton (Clinton, NC), 56-15, in a league battle.
