California High School Soccer - Holtville knocks off West Shores

January 30, 2024: Holtville, CA 92250

The Holtville Vikings soccer team scored 10 points and limited the visiting West Shores Wildcats to 2 in the Vikings league victory on Tuesday.

Next, the Vikings face the Vincent Memorial Scots (Calexico, CA) in a Desert contest, on Thursday, February 1. Holtville will attempt to better on its 10-10 season record. The Scots enter the contest with a 4-9 record after their 4-0 league win over Julian (Julian, CA).

The Wildcats now have a 3-13 record. They take the field next when they travel to Borrego Springs for a Desert contest on Friday, February 2. West Shores will face a Rams team coming off a 13-0 league loss to Palo Verde Valley (Blythe, CA). The Rams record now stands at 1-13.
