In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Garnet Valley Jaguars basketball team scored a big 65-43 win over the Haverford Fords.

The Jaguars (16-4) will now prepare for their contest against Conestoga (Berwyn, PA). The Pioneers come into the Central contest with a 15-5 record. In their last contest, Conestoga smashed Upper Darby (Drexel Hill, PA), 44-36, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Fords battle the Lower Merion Aces (Ardmore, PA) in a Central contest, on Saturday, February 1. Haverford will attempt to better on its 9-10 season record. The Aces come into the contest with a 16-4 record after their 91-45 league win over Ridley (Folsom, PA).
