With the victory, Nebraska Christian upgrades its record to 11-6 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Riverside (Cedar Rapids, NE) to play the Chargers in a non-league bout on Friday, February 3. The Chargers come into the bout with a record of 11-7. Riverside won 67-37 in their recent non-league bout against St. Edward (St. Edward, NE)

Next up, the Huskies play the Bruning-Davenport/Shickley Eagles (Bruning, NE) in a D1 District 3 bout, on Friday, February 3. Shelby-Rising City will attempt to upgrade on its 7-11 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 11-10 record after their 51-49 non-league loss to Osceola (Osceola, NE).
