Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the E.D. White Cardinals (Thibodaux, LA) and the host St. James Wildcats (St. James, LA), saw E.D. White's basketball squad knock off St. James by a count of 68-48.

With the victory, E.D. White upgrades its record to 10-9 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Patterson (Patterson, LA) to play the Lumberjacks in a 3A District 8 challenge on Friday, February 3. The Lumberjacks come into the challenge with a record of 7-6. Patterson won 45-18 in their recent league challenge against Berwick (Berwick, LA)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Donaldsonville Tigers (Donaldsonville, LA) in a 3A District 8 challenge, on Friday, February 10. St. James will attempt to upgrade on its 10-7 season record.
