The McMichael Phoenix basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the host Reidsville Rams to 59 in the Phoenix league victory on Wednesday.
The Phoenix now sport a 8-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Morehead for a 2A Mid-State contest on Friday, February 2. McMichael will battle a Panthers team coming off a 39-26 league loss to West Stokes (King, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 3-12.
The Rams (7-8) will now prepare for their contest against West Stokes (King, NC). The Wildcats come into the 2A Mid-State contest with a 4-15 record.
