The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Chalker Wildcats (Southington, OH) and the visiting Lordstown Red Devils (Warren, OH), observed Chalker's basketball team knock off Lordstown by a score of 45-34.

The Wildcats (3-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Jackson-Milton (North Jackson, OH). The Bluejays come into the non-league challenge with a 8-9 record. In their last challenge, Jackson-Milton prevailed over Waterloo (Atwater, OH), 57-55, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Red Devils encounter the Grand Valley Mustangs (Orwell, OH) in a Northeastern challenge, on Saturday, February 1. Lordstown will attempt to improve on its 3-10 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 14-2 record after their 66-55 league loss to Harding (Fairport Harbor, OH).
