In Friday's league contest, the host Fowler Eagles basketball team scored a good 45-33 triumph over the St. Patrick Shamrocks.
The Eagles (12-1) will now prepare for their contest against Pewamo-Westphalia (Pewamo, MI). The Pirates go into the Central Michigan contest with a 14-0 record. In their last contest, Pewamo-Westphalia topped Saranac (Saranac, MI), 53-13, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Shamrocks battle the Potterville Vikings (Potterville, MI) in a Central Michigan contest, on Wednesday, February 5. St. Patrick will attempt to better on its 8-6 season record. The Vikings go into the contest with a 2-9 record after their 43-30 league loss to Bath (Bath, MI).
