The Hill-Murray Pioneers basketball team scored 69 points and limited the host Simley Spartans to 26 in the Pioneers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Pioneers now possess a 14-5 record. They play next when they host Hastings for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 4. Hill-Murray will confront a Raiders team coming off a 55-44 non-league loss to Two Rivers (Mendota Heights, MN). The Raiders record now stands at 10-9.

With the loss, Simley falls to 4-13 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to North (North St. Paul, MN) to confront the Polars in a AAA Section 4 game on Tuesday, February 4. The Polars go into the game with a record of 8-7. North won 102-76 in their recent league game against South St. Paul (South St. Paul, MN)
