The Lewiston-Altura Cardinals (Lewiston, MN) basketball felled the visiting Fillmore Central Falcons (Harmony, MN), 60-42 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Cardinals (4-7) will now prepare for their test against Triton (Dodge Center, MN). The Cobras go into the AA Section 1 test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, Triton thwarted Randolph (Randolph, MN), 64-62, in a non-league test.
The Falcons now own a 1-7 record. They play next when they travel to Lanesboro for a A Section 1 test on Thursday, January 6. Fillmore Central will encounter a Burros squad coming off a 68-67 non-league win over Lewiston-Altura (Lewiston, MN). The Burros record now stands at 6-1.
