Mountain View Wildcats (Stafford, VA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Rappahannock Raiders (Warsaw, VA), 56-26 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Mountain View upgrades its record to 3-6 on the season. The Wildcats host Colonial Forge (Stafford, VA) to play the Eagles in a Commonwealth bout on Friday, January 6. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 5-5. Colonial Forge won 56-34 in their recent league bout against North Stafford (Stafford, VA)

Next up, the Raiders play the Northumberland Indians (Heathsville, VA) in a Northern Neck bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Rappahannock will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record.
