Yeshiva University of Los Angeles (YULA) Panthers (Los Angeles, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Milken Wildcats (Los Angeles, CA), 50-48 in a league bout.

With the win, Yeshiva University of Los Angeles (YULA) upgrades its record to 11-9 on the season. The Panthers host Firebaugh (Lynwood, CA) to play the Falcons in a San Gabriel Valley bout on Saturday, January 7. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 5-10. Firebaugh lost 52-50 in their recent league bout against Bellflower (Bellflower, CA)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Campbell Hall Vikings (North Hollywood, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 5. Milken will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 9-7 record after their 50-38 league win over Crossroads (Santa Monica, CA).
